Contaminated recycling is a

well-positioned problem in Canada, people know its there and that is getting worse. They

are aware of the consequences yet somehow they do not act or even take their time to choose the right bin for the right waste. 

Canadians don’t recycle as well

as they believe. When they’re not sure what goes where they tend to take their best guess and “recycle”.

To make recycling simple and fun. Contaminated recycling happens because people are lazy and the system can be confusing. 

Millennials - Male and Female, between 22 and 36 years old, often known for being entitled

and selfish. However, in many cases, they are the ones leading the way towards eco-friendly behaviour.
